Welcome to our 'home' site. Our home is a 1950's rambler, which we just purchased in October of 2002. Although we loved the layout, location and basic elements of the home, we knew when we purchased it that it was going to need a lot of cosmetic surgery. Most of the interior of the house was covered in a lovely wood paneling, a la 1970. So, taking it one room at a time, we have begun the process of home renovation.

Pretty much all of the work is being done by David, with some help from Jelise's dad and some friends. David has turned into quite the handyman in the process and even started his own power tool collection. Of course, you know what this means...now that Jelise knows what he's capable of, he'll never escape the "honey-do" list!
