Our centerpieces were lavender and yellow floating candles in wide glass bowls. Each bowl was covered in white and lavender shimmering tulle, which flowed over the table and was accented with pearls and flowers. All of these were made by hand by Jelise's step-mom, Janet. Lining all of the bay window sills were white twinkle lights. In the center of each of the windows, there were potted plants and sunflowers, and mini candle lamps. And to top it off, loose purple and yellow flower buds sprinkled the sills, as well. The head table was simply decorated with vases, which held the bridesmaids bouquets. And the cake and gift tables were also decorated with shimmering tulle and ribbon. Our favors were lavender and yellow candles, labeled with our names, the date, and the words: "Love edures all things." Each candle was tied with a lavender or yellow ribbon. |
